SILVERLINING PARTNERS LLC (formed in 2002) is a privately owned small SDVOB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business) providing professional services divided into four major Practices:

AutoID and Asset Tracking Practice that optimizes RFID (HF, LF, UHF, Active, Passive), UID and/or standard bar code technology in suitable environments. Our core competency is design, integration, implementation and support services. Applications include the tracking of all asset types including employees (patients), materials (high value assets, surgical instruments)and containers. Our integration-focused team has provided solutions for government contractor compliance to FAR requirements of RFID and UID tracking for defense logistics and various commercial (healthcare and manufacturing) process automations.

Computer Based Training Practice, for both commercial and government agencies. SLP will provide instructional design, programming and graphical support, creating custom interactive multimedia courseware on client provided topics that will run as standalone or within a LMS. We have experience in SCORM 1.2 and 2004 compliant course development that is used in military environments.

Communication Technology Support Practice Our core expertise is in the design and deployment of communications technology applications. These include IP, MPLS, ATM, TDM, Wireless, Voice, Video, and legacy data communications. We collectively have over 75 years of experience in the design, deployment and life cycle support of commercial, telco infrastructure and military communications solutions. Our expertise lies in the delivery of information that requires special handling to meet stick Quality of Service, QOS, and requirements.

Our Custom Software Solution Practice involves the transformation of data from its native schema to customized reporting requirements. This expertise broadly falls into the definition of ETL, (Extract Transform and Load).  Our expertise has been in providing custom solutions to the drug discovery testing and pharmaceutical industry, where very complex data associations are evaluated throughout the process. Our solutions have provided orders of magnitude ROI improvements in staff efficiency, increased quality of reporting and a reduction of full time programming personnel time to create custom reports for each study.
